Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to warehouse locations, items may arrive in separate packages, on separate days. 

Delivery:

Items are shipped via Australia Post or by Courier.

1. If ordering toner cartridges, software, printers, faxes and other large items, your order will most likely arrive by courier.
   
2. If ordering ink tanks or other small items, your order will most likely arrive by Australia Post. 

In either case, please ensure that someone is present at your nominated delivery address between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm to take receipt of all goods.

PO Boxes are not accepted as a nominated delivery address. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery purposes.

Delivery Time:

Allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your goods. If your items have not arrived in this time frame please contact us immediately.

Returns

We will not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice. Returns will only be accepted if goods are faulty.

The following applies to returns:

a)    Authorisation needs to be gained by the buyer prior to sending goods for return

b)    Goods can only be returned once permission is granted from Deals Express

c)    Returned goods are done so at the buyers own expense

d)    Returns will be inspected for faults by the appropriate authority. If an item is deemed to be of good quality and in fact not faulty, items will be returned to the buyer at the buyers own expense

e)    If an item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to the buyer, at the buyers own expense.

f)      If a product is not in stock, the buyer will be offered a refund of the product price excluding shipping costs
